VAFA (I.E.I) is a joint venture company between Mr. Fareed Bader (Chairman) Bahraini businessman and Mr.Vahid Mehdi Zadeh (Vice Chairman) a prominent Canadian businessman.

The company was established in 2005 and its activities are property development in Bahrain and Canada.
